We spread Project Support around 2 scopes of interventions :

Project Control we work for is regarding large construction projects that usually imply some Engineering, Procurement & Construction activities (even Installation for OffShore projects). These are the main activity of our Oil&Gaz clients.

Optimization projects have to improve management of some corporate activities. It can be formalizing bid step for better charge schedule, homogenization of a whole project follow-up, or improving archives management by implementing an adapted solftware.

Cost Control is establishing and follow budgets, costs on a project. Dedicated people have to homogenize timesheets, expenses, etc in order to aggregate and categorize. This way it can be compared to shcedule, budgets & cash income.

Planning consists in sharing master project activity in sub-activities that can finally be mesured and ordered correctly. From this point, project progress will be a key indicator, often part of the contract, that requires expertise and rigor.

Document Control is a central part in construction projects. Drawings, procedures, calculation notes, requisitions and many other documents are designed by engineering. These documents have to be controlled (format level), centralized, put available for all who need to access them. Electronic Document Management consider an efficient EDM System software as expert document controllers to manage the technical project documentation.
Our objectif in project support is to bring our clients a business support with our technical efficient skills for the whole project management. Moreover, we suggest solutions (often with tools) for project follow-up in order our client to gain time & financial performance.
